WARRANTY & RELIABILITY

All Smart Controller products are very reliable in regards to accuracy and quality. We offer a global warranty period of 24 months to all our clients, distributors both local and international and official partners and agents around the globe.

Our clients are either encouraged to send the product directly to us *(recommended to UK clients only) and our international users can claim warranty of faulty items by getting in contact with there official distributors and agents for excellent customer service.

  • Clients are requested to refer to user technical and setup manuals of their selected products before claiming warranty incase the product only required some setting up.
  • Clients are requested to get telephone support during working hours OR contact us by email with their queries so we can help them with prompt response.
  • Clients are encouraged to enquire about any local or international agents and distributors directly with us if necessary.
  • Clients are requested to book an appointment in advance with our engineers directly with head office in order to avoid delays incase they want our technical team to visit.
