All Smartcontroller products are very reliable in regards to accuracy and quality. We offer a global warranty period of 24 months to all our clients, distributors both local and international and official partners and agents around the globe.
Our clients are either encouraged to send the product directly to us *(recommended to UK clients only) and our international users can claim warranty of faulty items by getting in contact with there official distributors and agents for excellent customer service.
